Angela Lim and the SuMisura team spent four years on this 17,717 sq ft Good Class Bungalow at Tanglin Hill — and it shows. The home was designed not for a season but for a generation: a family property built to accommodate children, grandchildren, and the slow accumulation of shared memory. Biophilic design principles run through every floor, from the planting along the entrance sequence to the courtyard at the home's heart. Bespoke craft is visible in every joinery piece, every stone selection, every transition between indoor and outdoor. Featured in Tatler Asia, the home has become one of Singapore's most significant residential projects of the decade.

The Penthouse That Rewrote Its Own Rules
The brief was a 7,000 sq ft triplex penthouse at 3 Orchard By The Park. The obstacles were considerable: irregular ceiling heights, structural columns in inconvenient locations, and a layout that resisted the conventional. Angela Lim of SuMisura treated each obstacle as material. A column became a design anchor. An awkward ceiling became an opportunity for a library bar of unusual height. The poker room, the music lounge, the wine cellar — each space has its own identity while remaining part of a coherent residential whole. An award-winning project that demonstrates what becomes possible when a designer refuses to compromise.
